Please read it alongside our Terms & Conditions.

We are Ai With Remy LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company, at 312 West 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601, USA. We are the controller of your personal information. For any privacy question or request, email hello@aiwithremy.com.

2. Information we collect

Information from your use of the course and community

When you take part in the Course or community, we and the platforms that run them collect information about your account and participation, such as invitations and access status, lessons opened or completed, posts and comments, live-session attendance, support history, and how you interact with the materials.

Information we collect automatically

When you visit the site we collect technical, security, attribution, and usage data through server logs, cookies, pixels, and similar technologies. This may include your device and browser type, IP address, approximate location derived from it, pages viewed, links and buttons clicked, referring page, advertising or campaign identifiers, and the date and time of your visit.

3. How we use your information

  • create and secure accounts, provide Course and community access, assign team seats, and deliver promotional extras;
  • process payments, instalments, subscriptions, renewals, cancellations, refunds, receipts, and account enquiries;
  • run lessons, live sessions, recordings, the Library, support, and community moderation;
  • send service messages about your purchase, access, billing, security, or account;
  • send newsletters and other marketing where you consent or where the law otherwise permits it;
  • review applications for Build With Me and Enterprise, and follow up on discovery calls;
  • respond to your questions and provide support;
  • measure and improve our marketing, including working out which ads, links, and pages lead to sales;
  • show you our ads on other platforms, and build audiences of people similar to our customers;
  • improve our website, content, and programs;
  • meet our legal, tax, and accounting obligations, and detect, prevent, and investigate fraud, abuse, and security incidents.

Marketing emails

We send marketing when you have consented or when an applicable law permits us to contact an existing customer about similar products and we gave that person a clear opportunity to opt out. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link. You can also opt out by emailing us. Opting out of marketing does not stop service messages needed to administer a purchase, payment, subscription, access, security issue, or account.

4. Legal bases (for visitors in the UK and EU)

Where the UK GDPR or EU GDPR applies, we rely on: performance of a contract, to take payment and deliver what you bought; consent, where required for marketing or non-essential tracking; legitimate interests, to support customers, operate and secure the business, prevent fraud, understand performance, improve our products, and market to relevant business audiences; and compliance with legal obligations, including tax, accounting, and consumer-protection duties. You can withdraw consent at any time. Where we rely on legitimate interests, you can object and we will assess that objection under applicable law.

5. When we disclose personal information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We disclose it only where reasonably necessary to operate our business, provide what you request or buy, and for the other purposes described in this Policy. This includes disclosures to providers that process payments and subscriptions; host and secure our website, records, and systems; deliver the Course, community, email, support, and customer administration; run business workflows and call bookings; provide analytics, attribution, and advertising; or support communications you choose to use.

We provide each recipient only the information reasonably needed for the relevant service. Where a provider processes personal information on our behalf, we require it to use that information only for authorised purposes and to protect it appropriately. Some providers, such as payment or advertising platforms, may also process information under their own terms and privacy policies. Certain advertising disclosures may be treated as "sharing" or "selling" under some US state privacy laws even though no money changes hands; sections 6 and 9 explain the relevant tracking and opt-out choices.

We may also disclose personal information to professional advisers; to courts, regulators, law enforcement, or other parties when required by law; where reasonably necessary to protect our rights, systems, customers, or the public; or in connection with a merger, financing, sale, or reorganisation of all or part of the business, subject to appropriate confidentiality and data-protection requirements.

6. Cookies and tracking

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to operate checkout and security features, remember preferences, measure visits and conversions, identify relevant business traffic, and support advertising. Where the law requires consent for a non-essential technology, consent is the legal basis for using it. You can control cookies through your browser settings, although blocking essential storage may affect checkout or account features. We honour Global Privacy Control signals where applicable law requires it.

Advertising and analytics technologies

We use third-party advertising and analytics technologies on our website. When you visit a page or take certain actions, such as submitting a form, these technologies may send the relevant provider information including the page visited, the action taken, the referring page, the date and time, your IP address, browser or device information, and advertising or cookie identifiers. We use this information to measure whether campaigns lead to visits or enquiries, attribute conversions, show relevant ads to previous visitors, and create advertising audiences. A provider may combine this information with information it already holds and process it under its own privacy policy. Depending on where you live, this disclosure may be treated as sharing personal information for targeted advertising. You can limit these technologies through your browser's cookie controls, applicable opt-out signals such as Global Privacy Control, and the advertising settings offered by the relevant platform.

7. How long we keep it

We keep account, Course, community, and support information while your relationship with us is active and afterwards for as long as needed to handle disputes, enforce our agreements, protect our systems, or meet legal obligations. We ordinarily retain tax and accounting records for seven years. We keep marketing contacts until you unsubscribe or object, and then retain enough information on a suppression list to honour that choice. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it.

8. International transfers

We are based in the United States, and our service providers may process your information in the US and other countries. Where we transfer information from the UK, EU, or other regions, we rely on approved safeguards such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, and we take the steps applicable law requires to protect it.

9. Your rights

Depending on where you live and whether the relevant law applies to us, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or receive a copy of personal information; object to or restrict certain processing; withdraw consent; and opt out of targeted advertising or certain sharing or sales. You also have the right not to be discriminated against for exercising a privacy right. To make a request, email hello@aiwithremy.com. We may need to verify your identity before acting. You can unsubscribe from marketing using the link in any marketing email. If you are in the UK or EU, you may also complain to your local data-protection authority.

10. Children

Our programs are for adults and we do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us at hello@aiwithremy.com and we will delete it.

11. Security

We take reasonable measures to protect your information, and we use established providers who do the same. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We post the current version here with its effective date, and where a change is significant we will tell you by email.
