Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your purchase and use of The AI Course, team seats, the AI With Remy community, Build With Me, and any Course seats included in an Enterprise engagement. They form a contract between you and Ai With Remy LLC ("Ai With Remy", "we", "us"). Please read them alongside our Privacy Policy.

1. Who we are and the documents that apply

Ai With Remy LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company at 312 West 2nd Street, Casper, WY 82601, USA. You can contact us at hello@aiwithremy.com.

Your checkout, order confirmation, proposal, or other written order document sets out the price, payment schedule, number of seats, included community period, and any promotional extras for your purchase. If it conflicts with these Terms on one of those commercial details, the order document controls. These Terms control everything else.

2. The products covered

  • The AI Course (the "Course") is an on-demand educational program that teaches you to build and operate your own AI working system.
  • Team seats give additional named people access to the Course and any community access stated at checkout.
  • Build With Me is a limited, hands-on program sold by application. Its private calls, support, seats, timing, and price are stated in your written offer.
  • Enterprise is a bespoke company program governed by a separate signed agreement. These Terms still apply to individual Course seats included in that engagement unless the signed agreement says otherwise.

3. Eligibility, accounts, and seats

You must be at least 18 to buy from us. You must provide accurate account, enrolment, and billing information and keep it current. Each seat belongs to one named person. Logins, Course access, recordings, materials, and community membership may not be shared, resold, transferred, or made available to anyone else unless we agree in writing.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your sign-in details secure. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been used without permission.

4. What a Course seat includes

Unless your order confirmation says otherwise, a Course seat includes:

  • the on-demand core curriculum and its action steps;
  • the guided setup plugin and the curated starter materials included with it;
  • 12 months of access to the hosted Course and every live Course update released during that period;
  • the right, after that 12-month period, to export the materials we make exportable from the version of the Course available to you at the time of purchase, and retain them for ongoing personal use under section 11; and
  • 90 days of community access, including the Library, scheduled Office Hours, and scheduled Masterclasses.

The 12-month Course period and the included community period both begin when we receive your first Course payment. They are separate: ending or continuing community membership does not change the 12-month Course period. Although hosted access includes live Course updates released during those 12 months, those updates do not expand your export rights. Your export rights are limited to the exportable materials forming part of the Course version available to you at the time of purchase.

The Course and community are living services. We may add, replace, reschedule, or retire lessons, tools, templates, live sessions, coaches, and other materials while preserving the overall substance of what you bought. Third-party software discounts are offered by their providers and may change or end.

5. Team seats and promotional extras

Each paid or promotional team seat must be assigned to one person and is subject to the same account, licence, conduct, access, and payment rules as the primary seat. A purchaser who buys seats for others is responsible for giving them these Terms before they use the Course.

If a promotion includes an additional team seat or an onboarding call, it must be assigned or booked within 30 days after purchase unless your order confirmation gives a different deadline. An unclaimed promotional extra expires after that deadline, has no cash value, and cannot be exchanged for a refund or credit.

6. Prices, payment, and instalments

The recommended retail price (RRP) of the Course is $2,997 USD. We may offer launch or other promotional discounts at our discretion. A discount applies only when and as shown at checkout and does not entitle you to a future discount, credit, or refund of the difference.

Prices and payment schedules are shown in US dollars at checkout. Course payments and subscriptions are processed by our designated payment provider. We do not store your full card number. You are responsible for any taxes, provider fees displayed at checkout, currency-conversion charges, or bank fees that apply to your purchase.

Instalment plans. An instalment plan divides one Course purchase into scheduled payments; it is not a pay-as-you-go Course subscription. By choosing it, you authorise the payment processor to charge every instalment on its due date and agree that the full Course price remains due unless we approve a refund under section 7 or the law gives you a right to cancel. If an instalment is overdue, we may suspend access while payment remains outstanding. Suspension does not waive the unpaid balance.

7. Refund policy

14-day show-up-and-build guarantee. The Course has a 14-calendar-day money-back guarantee beginning when we first make Course access available to you. To qualify, you must, within those 14 days:

  • work through the complete core Course;
  • build the AI operating-system foundation taught in the Course;
  • install the guided setup plugin;
  • connect the tools needed for your build; and
  • create at least one working skill.

If you complete those steps and genuinely receive no value, email hello@aiwithremy.com from the address used for purchase before the 14-day period ends. Tell us what you built and why it did not deliver value. We may ask for reasonable evidence that the steps were completed. No call is required.

Approved refunds. We refund the Course price paid to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days, and cancel the remaining Course instalments. Your Course, community, team-seat, and promotional access ends when the refund is approved. The licence to Course materials also ends, and you must delete Course materials and proprietary plugin files you retained.

Outside the guarantee. We do not offer change-of-mind refunds after the 14-day period, partial refunds for a community billing period already started, or cash refunds for unused promotional extras, except where the law requires one. Build With Me refunds and Enterprise refunds are governed by their written offer or signed agreement.

Statutory rights. This guarantee is in addition to rights that cannot be excluded under the consumer-protection laws that apply to you. Nothing in these Terms limits a right or remedy for digital content or services that are faulty, not supplied with reasonable care and skill, or not as described.

8. Community membership and renewal

Your included community period is stated at checkout and is 90 days for the standard Course offer. Some promotions may include a longer period.

If your checkout states that community access renews automatically, you authorise a recurring charge of $147 USD per month, or the different amount clearly shown at checkout, beginning when the included period ends and continuing monthly until cancelled. The current pay-in-full Course option includes this automatic renewal. The weekly Course instalment option does not: community access ends after the included period unless you enrol separately.

You can cancel an automatic renewal at any time through the billing portal provided by our designated payment provider. If you cannot access the portal, email hello@aiwithremy.com before the next charge. Cancellation stops future charges and access continues until the end of the period already paid for. We do not provide partial refunds for a current period unless the law requires one.

We may change the recurring price by giving reasonable advance notice. The new price applies only after the notice period, and you may cancel before it takes effect.

9. Build With Me and Enterprise

Build With Me places are limited and sold by application. Your written offer states the private calls, support, included Course seats, scheduling window, and price. Missed or late-cancelled private calls may be treated as used where your offer says so. If we cancel a call, we will reschedule it or provide the remedy stated in your offer.

Enterprise scope, deliverables, timing, pricing, seats, confidentiality, and cancellation terms are set out in a separate signed agreement. That agreement controls if it conflicts with these Terms.

10. Third-party tools, AI accounts, and your responsibility

The Course teaches tools we do not control, including third-party AI products. Your setup runs in accounts you control. You are responsible for those accounts, their fees and terms, your data, and how you configure and use them. Providers may change, restrict, price, or discontinue their products, and we are not responsible for their outages or decisions.

AI systems can produce incorrect or unsafe output. You are responsible for reviewing anything your system produces or does, protecting confidential information, maintaining appropriate human oversight, and deciding whether an output is suitable to use. The Course is not a substitute for professional advice.

11. Intellectual property and licence

Course recordings, written materials, templates, plugins, skills, tools, configurations, and other materials are owned by Ai With Remy LLC or its licensors. While your access or export right remains valid, we grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use those materials for your own learning and work, including work inside your own company and for your own clients.

You may not share logins; copy, publish, sell, sublicense, or distribute Course materials; remove ownership notices; make the materials available to another person; or use them to build, supply, or teach a competing course, training program, template pack, plugin, or product. What you independently build using the Course is yours. We do not claim ownership of your business data, client data, or original work.

12. Community conduct

Treat members and the team with respect. We may remove content or suspend or terminate access for harassment, threats, spam, unlawful conduct, sharing access, leaking materials, misuse of personal information, promotion of unrelated offers, or other conduct that harms the community or our systems. A serious breach may result in termination without a contractual refund, subject to rights the law gives you.

13. Educational purpose and results

Our programs are educational. We do not guarantee any particular income, profit, time saving, business result, or technical outcome. Testimonials and examples describe what particular people achieved in their own circumstances and are not promises of what you will achieve. Results depend on your starting point, decisions, tools, effort, and implementation. Nothing we provide is legal, financial, tax, medical, investment, cybersecurity, or other regulated professional advice.

14. Changes, suspension, and discontinuation

We may update the Course and community as described in section 4. We may also suspend access temporarily for maintenance, security, provider outages, or conduct investigations.

If we permanently discontinue a paid hosted service before the end of a period you have paid for, we will provide reasonable notice and either keep access available for that period, provide a substantially equivalent alternative, or refund the unused portion. Materials properly exported before discontinuation remain subject to section 11.

15. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Ai With Remy LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profit, lost revenue, lost data, loss caused by a third-party provider, or business interruption arising from a program, the community, or anything you build. Where we are found liable, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us for the affected product in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or mandatory consumer rights.

16. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version accepted at purchase governs that purchase. If a later change materially affects an active recurring membership, we will give reasonable notice before it takes effect.

17. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and the courts of Wyoming have jurisdiction. This does not prevent a consumer from relying on mandatory rights or courts available under the law of their country of residence.
